This fall, Knights in New Jersey joined the Hispanic community in the Diocese of Trenton to honor Our Lady of Guadalupe with a ceremony at the Cathedral of St. Mary of the Assumption. Special Guadalupe torches were lit and then brought to many parishes throughout the diocese as a symbol of prayer for departed loved ones and to honor Our Lady of Guadalupe throughout the month of November.
