As part of their national pilgrimage to the Shrine of the Martyrs of Christ the King in Guadalajara, Mexican Knights took part in the installation of a portrait of Blessed Michael McGivney. The Shrine is one of the most important Catholic centers in the country. It commemorates the martyrs who gave their lives for the Church during the Cristero War when Catholics were persecuted for their faith by the anti-clerical government of the day.
