The Knights of Columbus partnered with the Archdiocese for Military Services, USA, to sponsor 200 warrior pilgrims, their caretakers, and some family members, to Warriors to Lourdes pilgrimage, which is part of the 59th International Military Pilgrimage to Lourdes. Pennsylvania Knights Build Observatory at VA Hospital

Knights in the Pittsburgh area knew that veterans living at VA hospitals often struggle to find activities to do in the evenings once their daily programming has finished. After surveying residents and staff about how they could help, the Knights offered to fundraise and build an observatory at the hospital. The newly built facility is the first of its kind nationwide and has provided a tremendous outlet for veterans, allowing them to explore the heavens.
