In response to Pope Francis’ call for a Day of Prayer for Peace in Ukraine, the Knights of Columbus held a Holy Hour at St. Mary’s Parish in New Haven, Conn. — the birthplace of the Order — on Jan. 26. The Holy Hour included eucharistic adoration and praying of the rosary, the Divine Mercy Chaplet and the Prayer of St. Francis, in addition to Ukrainian hymns and prayers and remarks from Bishop Paul Chomnycky of the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Stamford.
